An agreement between Eintracht Frankfurt and Dino Toppmöller over a contract extension are reportedly “imminent” according to RTL/ntv.
With the Hessen state club on course for their best Bundesliga finish since 2011/12, the club are keen to tie down the head coach to a new deal.
It has been mooted that both parties could announce the new contract, expected to last until 2028, after Frankfurt’s game with Mainz this Sunday.
Meanwhile, BILD are reporting that Toppmöller could earn more than €3million a year including bonuses if he puts pen to paper.
His current contract is set to expire in summer of 2026, but the new offer would make him the second-highest-earning coach of all time at Die Adler.
