Liverpool reckon their chances of signing Florian Wirtz in summer are incredibly slim.
Officials at Anfield believe the 22-year-old will either remain at Bayer Leverkusen or join Bayern Munich, TimesSport reports.
However, should the German see his future taking him away from the Bundesliga; Liverpool would made an approach.
This season’s Premier League champions have been interested in Wirtz for some time.
As previously mentioned, Manchester City and Real Madrid are also in the hunt for the attacking midfielder.
