As per reports from Calciomercato, talks between Bayer Leverkusen and Cesc Fabregas are at an advanced stage.

While Como are keen for the Spaniard to stay at the helm, Die Werkself are pushing extremely hard to secure Fabregas before the end of the season, with Xabi Alonso set to depart following the club’s final match against Mainz.
According to reports in Italy, Fabregas is expected to be offered a three-year contract.
Following promotion last campaign, Fabregas has led Como to a tenth-place finish in Serie A, with the club unbeaten since mid-March.
