Already crowned Bundesliga champions, Bayern Munich face a Hoffenheim side desperate to avoid slipping into the relegation play-off spot on the final matchday.
With just about an hour to go before kick-off at PreZero-Arena, the lineups have been announced and can be seen below.
Confirmed Hoffenheim vs. Bayern Munich lineups:
