For a while, Borussia Dortmund reportedly valued their English youngster Jamie Gittens around €85 million. However, The Athletic now reports that the Black and Yellows can accept a €50-60 million transfer sum.

Gittens failed to continue his progress under the new coach Niko Kovac. This led BVB to rethink their initial valuation of the player as they could even settle for less than €50 million if the situation won’t be resolved. Bayern, Chelsea, Arsenal and Barcelona are the interested clubs, according to “The Athletic”.

Missing out on a Champions League qualification could also complicate things for Dortmund. Despite their winning streak, Freiburg could secure the last Bundesliga spot for Europe’s premier competition with a home win over Eintracht Frankfurt next week. Dortmund will face Leverkusen away from home tomorrow.
