Bayern Munich have reached an agreement with Florian Wirtz over a transfer, according to BILD’s latest reports.

The only question remaining is when will the move go through, this or next summer. There are still no negotiations between Bayern and Leverkusen.

What is clear, however, is that the 22-year-old will not consider any other offers as he only wants to go to Bayern.

The Bavarians are preparing an initial offer of around €100m, which they soon will present to Leverkusen.

If no agreement is reached this summer, Wirtz is willing to wait another year. Leverkusen would then have to sell as it would be their last chance to get a fee for him.

From Bayern’s stance, they now have leverage for upcoming negotiations with Leverkusen to reduce the fee to below €100m in 2026 if Die Werkself refuse to sell this summer.
