German media source SPORT1 are informed that Bayern are discussing a loan move for Jonah Kusi-Asare this summer.
The 17-year-old talent made his Bayern first-team debut off the bench in their 3-0 win over Mainz last weekend.
The hope is that the young Swede can get regular match practice at a higher level than the Regionalliga.
Bayern does not want to repeat the same mistake they encountered with Joshua Zirkzee and Mathys Tel.
Both players spent too long on the bench as backups which in turn stagnated their development.
Next season, Bayern want to rely on an experienced striker – similar to Choupo-Moting or Sandro Wagner – as backup for Harry Kane, thus allowing Kusi-Asare to develop elsewhere.
